Delivery Coordinator / Customer Relations

Wayne Phillis Kia, one of Adelaide’s most awarded Kia dealerships, is seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our dynamic team.

We are currently looking for a New Car Vehicle Delivery Co-ordinator to support our sales operations and enhance the customer experience from purchase through to delivery.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in customer-facing positions, bookings, service advisory roles, or customer relations who are looking to expand their career within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers awaiting delivery of their new vehicle

• Coordinate and manage vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless delivery experience

• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

• Liaise effectively with internal departments to support smooth operations

• Provide general reception and administrative support as required

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours, Monday to Friday). Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
