Educational Counselor

· Proactively seek potential client via social media· Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients· Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options· Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)· Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application, including documents, under the CRM· Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application· Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company· Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager· Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international studentsAssist in brand localization for Philippines audiences
