About the Role:

Candidates with a Strong Sales record and wanting to develop into future Leaders within the business highly desired.

We have Full Time Permanent opportunity available at our Altona North location!

Must be Available 76 Hours a Fortnight 5 days per Week. 

You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Frame Styling to following healthcare guidelines. To secure this role you will need previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. 

Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Kpi Driven Business. Sales Experience a Must with a Proven Track Record of achieving High Performance Results

• Optical experience and dispensing qualification experience will be highly desired, but not essential.

• Training and Development of others experience is highly desired. 

• A self-starter with a sense of humor

• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail

• The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
