About the role

Torrens Valley Children's Centre is seeking a warm, dedicated and Diploma qualified Educator or equivalent to join the team in Gumeracha, Adelaide Hills. This is a full-time role offering a meaningful opportunity to support children's development in a nurturing, nature-rich setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences

• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning space

• Support each child's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Document and reflect on children's progress

• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) – currently working towards will be considered

• Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Frameworks and child development

• Warm, respectful and professional communication style

• Collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork

• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and RRHAN-EC
