We are searching for a confident, qualified Responsible Person (RP) with strong industry experience and a natural ability to lead. If you love designing engaging programs, supporting educators, and bringing positive energy to your work and the children, you will thrive here.

⭐ Why You Will Love This Role

• 18 hours of dedicated admin time each week to plan and deliver our 12‑week Vacation Care program

A balanced work year:

• 18 hours per week for 32 weeks
• 38 hours per week for 20 weeks during Vacation Care periods and a week either side.
• A meaningful career shift into a role that supports children’s development
• A supportive, passionate, and fun team of educators who genuinely enjoy working together
• Education Leader Allowance is additional to hourly rate

What You Will Be Doing

As our Vacation Care Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind our Vacation Care program. You will lead a team of enthusiastic educators, design experiences that children love, and ensure the service runs smoothly, safely, and with plenty of joy.

This is a role where your ideas matter and where you will have the time and support to bring them to life.

What You Bring

• Strong industry experience in Education or Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

• Qualifications to act as a Responsible Person (RP)

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team

• A passion for creating engaging, high‑quality programs for children

• A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to bring a little fun to the workplace
