We take pride in our workmanship, working across Perth in small housing, high-end residential and large commercial projects. Whether you're looking for stable company wages or solid contract volume for your own business, we have the work ready for you.

• Steady Work Pipeline: A full calendar of quality projects (big and small) to keep you as busy as you want to be.

• Flexible Hiring Options: Open to full-time/casual Wages or Sub-Contract arrangements—top rates negotiated based on your experience and output.

• Prompt Subbie Turnaround: If you come on as a subbie, we respect your business with fair, reliable, and prompt invoice payments.

• Local Sites: Based out of Wellard with most work located South of the River.

• Experienced Floaters: Proven background in floating brickwork, blockwork, and lightweight substrates to a high-standard, straight finish.

• Quality Focus: Able to work efficiently without compromising on clean lines, plumb corners, and smooth prep.

• Subbie Requirements (if contracting): Active ABN, valid Public Liability Insurance, and your own full setup (transport, tools, stands/scaffolding).

• White Card (Non-negotiable).

• Own reliable transport and full trade tool kit.

• Strong work ethic and reliability on site.

• Photos of past work or references are highly regarded.
