About the role
At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
The Volunteer Engagement (VE) Coordinator provides administrative, coordination and system support to enable effective and compliant volunteer engagement across BSL.
The role supports the recruitment, screening, onboarding and ongoing coordination of volunteers, working closely with Volunteer Engagement Advisors, Coordinators and leaders of volunteers to apply consistent processes and practices. Through accurate data management and responsive support, the role contributes to a safe, well‑organised and positive volunteer experience
