The Opportunity

As an NSBC Group Driver, you will play a vital role in safely connecting communities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a variety of services including:

• Private school services

• School charter and tour operations

• Corporate and event transport

• Sporting and community group travel

• Rail replacement services (Planned and Unplanned)

• Emergency transport operations

• Weekend and special event work

• FIFO

• Western Sydney Airport Transfers (From October 2026)

Mandatory Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must hold:

•     A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.

•     An NSW Bus Driver Authority Card

•     A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

•     Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience

•     Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia

• Know their way around Sydney
