🚨 We're Hiring | HR Business Partner – Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global organization and partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.
📍 Location: Sydney, Australia | Hybrid💼 Employment Type: 1 Year of contract + High chance of Ext💰 Salary: Up to AUD 120K to 130K (Flexible for perfect candidate)🧑 💼 Experience: 15+ years
🔹 Key Responsibilities• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and people initiatives• Manage Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR) & Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)• Support workforce planning, organizational design and talent management• Coach managers on performance management and employee development• Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives• Ensure compliance with Australian Employment Law & Fair Work legislation• Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions
🔹 What We're Looking For✅ 10–15 years of HR experience with 3+ years as an HR Business Partner✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law✅ Hands-on experience in ER, IR & EBA✅ Experience with workforce planning, leadership coaching & change management✅ Exposure to blue-collar / operational workforces is highly preferred✅ Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills📩 Interested?
