Initial ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, in-office foundation role.During training and probation, the role will develop the ability to initially deliver the following:Customer support servicesSystem implementation configurationSoftware support activitiesBusiness support activities
After the initial 3- to 9-month period, the new trainee's role will be expanded to include activities and projects aligned with their selected career aspirations.
QualificationsFormal qualifications are not a primary requirement, as training will be providedThe following candidate attributes will be valued:Good verbal and written communication skillsPersonable dispositionKeen and quick learnerFoundation business software usage skillsPR Visa statusEasy transport to the office near Monash University in Melbourne
Pay & ConditionsThe candidate will initially be paid award wages ranging from $53,513 per annum/$27.08 per hour under the Telecommunications Services Award MA000041 for a 38-hour week, plus super, which will increase as they progress from trainee to their area of interest at pay rates published in the appropriate award (typically under the Professional Employees Award [MA000065]. We pay award rates for all positions, plus any productivity bonuses at the company's discretion.
