About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous used automotive sales experience
• A passion for people and building lasting customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first approach and professional attitude
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
• A drive to achieve targets and deliver great results
• Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and time management
• Previous automotive sales experience, or a strong retail/customer service background with the motivation to succeed in sales
• A current manual driver’s licence — essential
• The right to work in Australia

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

• Guide customers through the full vehicle buying journey, from enquiry to handover
• Present and sell quality used vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Conduct test drives and tailor solutions to each customer’s needs
• Follow up leads, enquiries, and customer opportunities
• Build long-term relationships that turn customers into Bartons advocates
• Work towards monthly sales targets — and get rewarded for achieving them
• Stay across vehicle stock, features, finance options, and market trends
• Contribute to a positive, motivated, and high-performing sales environment
