The Opportunity

At Community Collective Australia, you’ll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face residential and B2B sales campaigns.

You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and support from leaders who started in exactly the same position.

No previous sales experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Receive

• Base + Super + Bonuses + Uncapped Commissions

• Competitive hourly rate of $32.50–$35.00 + Super

• Realistic first-year OTE of $70K–$120K+

Travel Opportunities — Limited Positions

Looking for something different?

Our Travel Team spends approximately four weeks every two months working across different locations throughout Australia.

You’ll perform the same role while experiencing new places and working alongside different teams.

Travel Team members receive:

• Permanent casual employment with full-time hours

• Ongoing coaching and mentoring

• Fast-tracked career progression

Applicants must be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate before joining. Travel opportunities are offered according to performance and business requirements.
