The opportunity

Join Medibank's Growth Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Marketing Specialist, delivering customer-focused campaigns that drive engagement, retention and growth., delivering customer-focused campaigns that drive engagement, retention and growth. Using data and insights to inform decisions, you'll execute multi-channel initiatives, enhance customer journeys and collaborate across teams to deliver strong customer and business outcomes while gaining valuable exposure to best-practice growth marketing.

What you'll be doing

• Execute targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business and customer outcomes.
• Use customer insights, data and performance analysis to identify opportunities and optimise results.
• Manage campaign delivery from briefing and asset development through to testing, deployment and reporting.
• Embed a test-and-learn mindset to improve engagement, retention and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with teams across Growth Marketing, Digital, Customer Channels, Product, Data and Compliance to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Support customer journey initiatives and contribute to key programs within Medibank's agile marketing environment.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure effectiveness and recommend improvements based on insights.

About you

You'll bring a blend of marketing expertise, commercial thinking and customer focus, along with:

• Experience delivering retention or lifecycle marketing programs across large customer bases.
• Background in a fast-paced marketing, sales, services or retail environment.
• Strong direct marketing and campaign management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is highly regarded.
