Club Manager

We are searching for a high energy, enthusiastic, talented, multi-tasking sales and customer service focused Club Manager to continue the amazing growth at our flagship club in Miranda.

Your talent will shine, driving membership sales, club culture and personal training, whilst enhancing the community atmosphere and engaging culture that already exists within this club!

As the Club Manager you'll be required to:

• Meet and greet potential and existing members;

• Managing everyday club operations;

• Achieve KPIs and sales targets;

• Manage and motivate your team;

• Create a great club culture;

• Maintain the cleanliness of the club;

• Promote the BodyFit brand and image within the local community;

To succeed in the role you will need to be:

• Results driven, a problem solver and confident to work autonomously;

• Well presented, enthusiastic and self motivated;

• Passionate about health and fitness;

• Exceptional at communicating both written and verbal;

• Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;

• Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;

• Excellent with computer related and administrative tasks;

• Professional in your approach to work and the ability to be self driven;

• Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential).
