Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor with extensive experience in RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of WMS to help with current project, Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining the quality of our logistics and inventory management as we strive for operational excellence.

Previous experience using Business Central WMS and experience in the implementation of a WMS would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety among warehouse staff.

• Utilize RF scanners for efficient inventory management, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and order fulfillment.

• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and productivity.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyse operational data, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse practices, equipment, and inventory, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, and customer service to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.

• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, order status, and Labor performance.

• Resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively while maintaining open lines of communication with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in using RF scanning technology and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing a diverse team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations within a warehouse setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
