Are you an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individual? Good Living Global Pty Ltd, a leading national supplier of outdoor furniture based in Blacktown, is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

This full-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth order and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers regarding orders and inquiries

• Data entry and order processing

• Dispatch and order follow-up

• Handle phone and email inquiries related to orders and deliveries

• Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Align delivery expectations with customer needs

• Warranty claims processing

• General office administration duties

What We’re Looking For:

• A responsible and service-driven individual with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively

• Excellent communication and a pleasant phone manner

• Comfortable working under pressure during peak periods

• Prior experience in the outdoor furniture industry is not required—but interest in our products and industry is highly regarded

• A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business

• Business Central experience preferred but not essential
