Asset & Sustainability Planning Officer, Clerk Grade 5/6, Wollongong
About the opportunity
The Asset & Sustainability Planning Officer supports the delivery of asset management and sustainability activities across the NSW SES asset portfolio, including the development and review of asset management plans, Net Zero and sustainability initiatives, climate-related planning and governance reporting. Reporting to the Manager, Asset Management and Sustainability, you will coordinate input from asset owners and stakeholders, provide secretariat support to the Climate Risk Working Group, and help maintain accurate, auditable records to inform planning and investment decisions. Working within a small, close-knit team, you will collaborate broadly across the agency, gaining exposure to asset and sustainability practice in a fast-paced, state-wide organisation.
