Kitchen Supervisor at Wingboy in Haymarket
Wingboy is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to join our Haymarket team! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support kitchen staff during prep and service
Ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality
Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring kitchen team members
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Manage prep levels, stock control, and minimise waste
Support the Head Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to food quality, safety, and consistency
Knowledge of food safety and WHS standards
Must have a valid visa to work in Australia
