2027 Primary & Secondary Teachers

HELP International School in Malaysia is seeking to appoint highly committed and skilled teachers to join our staff in August 2027.

Interviews will be conducted in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in the latter half of October 2026.

We welcome applications from teachers in the following areas of experience:

Primary (Prep – Year 6) – classroom teachers

• Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)

• Secondary (Years 7 - 12):

  o   English

  o   Mathematics

  o   Science

  o   Humanities

  o   Physical Education

  o   Design & Technologies

  o   Combinations of the above learning areas

Requirements:

·       A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and PGCE is required.

Our school

The HELP International School is at the forefront of holistic education for 3 to 18-year olds in Malaysia. Entering its twelfth year of operation, it has enjoyed phenomenal growth with 1600 students on its roll. The school is now entering a new and exciting phase of its development as it implements its most recent strategic plan, supported by further investment in buildings and resources.

A recent consultation with staff highlighted the levels of collegiality and professional support amongst staff as a particular strength of the school, as its commitment to on-going professional development of all team members. Our host country, Malaysia is an amazing place to live and work in. A number of our expatriate staff are now into their fifth or sixth year of working at our school.

Remuneration package

The appointment commences from in August 2027. The remuneration package for expatriate employees offers a competitive salary, and includes housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, Apple Macbook Air laptop, education for dependent children, and other benefits.
