Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated
Home Loan Assistant to join our team in Sydney.
This is a
Two Year Maximum Term contract role. To be successful in this role you need to have the below qualifications and skills:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Assisting the Relationship Managers with their applications and scenarios, responding to queries regarding loan application status and process issues to facilitate coordination between RMs and the external parties;
- Completing the end-to-end loan application process, including contract customers directly to provide updates to ensure their satisfaction towards the process, arranging for customers to open accounts at branches, collecting documents required for loan applications, uploading and entering system data, contacting third-parties to complete property valuations, LMI applications and loan agreements preparation, arranging for customers to sign loan agreements in accordance with approval conditions, and facilitating the loan progress towards settlement;
- Conducting pre-lending investigations (including Equifax/ABN Lookup/Income Verification/Order Val, etc.).
- Create customer number CIF (with Blacklist/ABN Lookup; Customer Risk Rating).
- Following up on Applyonline, creating CCAS flows and entering loan application information.
- Conduct after - lending management, e.g. default assets and customers;
- Daily transaction processing of loan accounts
- Check daily loan overdue statements according and contact customers in a timely manner
- Assist Account Manager in organizing Broker training, preparing various marketing activities and customer appreciation parties.
Candidates should ideally: - 2-3 years experience in home loan lending is an essential;
- Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or finance;
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Good data analysis and report writing skills;
- Experience in identifying client needs and previous relationship management experience preferred;
