Euroform is a large Cabinetry manufacturer based in Tomago NSW and servicing the wholesale builder market throughout NSW.

We are searching for a self-starter who loves taking ownership of a varied and fast-paced role to manage our projects from contract award to completion.

About the role:

Working closely with builders, estimators, production staff and installers, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing builder plans, specifications and finishes schedules

• Cross-checking contracts against plans and quotes to ensure all scope has been captured

• Identifying discrepancies, omissions or potential variations before production commences

• Setting up projects within internal systems and maintaining accurate documentation

• Organising information from the drafting team to track approved variations and monitor project progress 

• Coordinating communication between builders, production teams and subcontract installers

• Working closely with our Accounts team to prepare and maintain monthly progress claim spreadsheets and support the invoicing process

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, contracts administration or a similar role

• Ability to read and interpret builder plans, elevations and finishes schedules

• Solid understanding of project workflows and how to drive them

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify missing scope or discrepancies

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive approach to problem solving and follow-up

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
