What You’ll Be Doing: As a Maintenance Planner at Pental's manufacturing site, you will play a pivotal role in maximising equipment reliability, plant performance and operational efficiency. Working closely with maintenance, production and engineering teams, you'll ensure maintenance activities are strategically planned and executed to support safe, reliable and cost-effective operations.This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on site performance. You will have the chance to build and enhance maintenance planning processes from the ground up, helping shape the future reliability strategy of the site. What We’re Looking for: Proven experience in maintenance planning, coordination or supervision within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance principles.Hands-on experience using CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, MEX, Pronto or Maximo, with the ability to manage maintenance schedules, work orders and asset records effectively.Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify reliability improvements, solve problems and minimise equipment downtime.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance, contractors and suppliers.A proactive, safety-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
