Constructing high-quality landscape and fencing projects.
Installing retaining walls, paving, irrigation systems, turf and garden construction.
Building timber, Colorbond and feature fencing.
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications (Leading Hands).
Planning daily works and coordinating labour, materials and equipment (Leading Hands).
Working safely and efficiently to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Operating a range of landscaping equipment and machinery.
Liaising with Site Managers, clients and other contractors where required.
Maintaining strong safety, quality and site presentation standards.
Participating in toolbox meetings and contributing to HSEQ compliance.
Building strong relationships with clients.
Identifying better ways of doing things and helping us continuously improve.

Feature fencing
Irrigation systems
Natural and artificial turf
Garden construction
Feature landscapes
Experience in landscaping, fencing or construction.
(Leading Hands) Experience leading projects and coordinating a team.
The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications (Leading Hands).
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Pride in your work and attention to detail.
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to solve problems and work well within a team.
Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily job updates (training provided).
Current driver's license.
White Card.
Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one.
Highly regarded
Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a related trade.
Experience constructing retaining walls, paving or fencing.
Skid steer or excavator tickets.
Chemical application accreditation.
Experience working on commercial construction sites.
Grounds Maintenance experience (highly regarded).
