About the Role

We're hiring a Business Strategy Consultant (BSC). This is an outbound sales role for someone who wants to be on the phone hunting for your next opportunity, not behind a desk waiting for leads to come to you.

This is a high-activity, high-volume calling role. You'll be expected to make 15 outbound calls per hour, 100 calls per day. If that pace excites you rather than exhausts you, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to a list of sourced prospects

• Qualify prospects and book meetings/appointments for the sales team leader

• Log every call outcome accurately and promptly in our CRM (HubSpot)

• Hit daily and weekly call, talk-time, and conversion targets

• Follow up on leads at the cadence set by our sales process

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on high-volume phone work

• Competitive, target-driven, and self-disciplined enough to hit call quotas without micromanagement

• Thick skin because you'll hear "no" a lot more than "yes," and that doesn't slow you down

• Clear, confident phone communication

• 5 days a week in office, CBD location

• Full working rights in Australia

What's On Offer

• $60,000 base salary

• $24,000 annual commission On Target Earnings
