Remuneration: $118 162 - $144 021 Per Hour (dependent on qualifications) + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

About the role:
As a Whole Family Team Clinician, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting families across the Manning region, delivering trauma-informed, person-centred clinical interventions that make a meaningful difference where families are experiencing complex challenges involving child protection, mental health and alcohol and other drug concerns.
Working alongside a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team, you’ll build strong relationships with families and provide tailored interventions, often within their homes or local health facilities. With interventions extending up to 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to build trust, support meaningful change and help families achieve stronger, more sustainable outcomes.
Enjoy the opportunity to work as part of a highly connected and supportive team, with daily collaboration from the Newcastle-based Whole Family Team, regular peer and clinical consultation, and access to Psychiatry and broader medical expertise to support your practice and professional growth.
