About the Role

As a key member of our front-office team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting and welcoming patients to the practice

• Managing a high volume of phone calls and appointment bookings

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records

• Supporting the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment and beyond

• Using initiative and problem solving skills to assist with daily practice operations

• Collaborating closely with clinicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care

• Assisting with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous Reception or Administrative experience within a medical, specialist, dental or hospital environment (Orthodontic or Dental an advantage)

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• A warm, professional and patient-focused approach

• A team oriented attitude and willingness to support those around you
