Senior Accountant | Manager | Senior Manager

As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant, Manager or Senior Manager to become a key part of our leadership team. Whether you are ready for your next step or already managing your own client portfolio, we are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building lasting client relationships and developing people.

Ideally you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification.

• 5+ years' Australian public practice experience for Senior Accountant applicants.

• 8+ years' experience for Manager or Senior Manager applicants.

• Strong technical knowledge across Business Services and Tax.

• Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commercial thinking.

• Experience using Xero, Xero Practice Manager and other cloud accounting platforms.

• A genuine passion for mentoring others and improving client outcomes.

• Wants more client interaction and advisory work.

• Enjoys mentoring and developing others.

• Likes solving complex tax and business issues.

• Wants to grow into a leadership role.
