Front Office Manager

At Four Points by Sheraton Perth, we believe great stays start with great people. We're looking for a Front Office Manager who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, leading from the front, and building a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Department. You'll drive service excellence, develop team capability, own guest satisfaction outcomes, and ensure the smooth operation of a busy hotel environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Managing daily Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, room inventory and guest services.
• Driving guest satisfaction, associate engagement, service recovery and Marriott brand standards.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing associates to achieve their full potential.
• Partnering with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Revenue teams to deliver seamless hotel operations.
• Managing departmental performance, labour productivity and operational KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within a hotel Front Office environment.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage escalated guest situations.
• Experience using Property Management Systems, preferably Opera Cloud, Opera or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building engaged teams.

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience leading a Front Office team within a hotel operation at a management capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency with hotel PMS systems.
• Ability to respond to operational needs as required.
• Proven track record of achieving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, service quality, and operational performance targets.
