Video Editor - Contractor

Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, we have established a strong presence across the Australian underground mining industry and are continuing to grow internationally as a trusted provider of safe, efficient, and high-quality underground drilling services.

We're looking to build a relationship with a talented freelance Video Editor to support our marketing team during busy periods. This contract role is ideal for someone with their own ABN who can be called upon as required to edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, training content and corporate communications.

If you're a creative editor with a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high standard, engaging content to deadline, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal Video Editor will have the below:

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio, including editing and colour grading.
• Must have own DaVinci Resolve Studio program licence.
• Use a colour-calibrated monitor with a minimum of 10-bit colour capability.
• Be competent with sound design. Experience with Artlist highly regarded.
• Experience using Frame.io.
• Have a computer capable of efficiently editing 4K footage and delivering final renders in 1080p.
• Experience working with Log footage:
• Sony S-Log2 (8-bit)
• Sony S-Log3 (10-bit)
• Panasonic V-Log
• Experience working with footage that is typically shot in:
• PAL 4K
• 10-bit 4:2:2
• 25fps, 50fps and 100fps
• Final delivery at 1080p, 25fps
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
