About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Diploma or Certificate III qualified) to join our team. You will play a key role in implementing high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and supporting children’s learning and development in their early years.

Key Responsibilities

●       Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs

●       Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

●       Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

●       Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development

●       Follow service policies and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

●       Collaborate with the team to support best practice

About You

You are a motivated and caring professional who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and supporting a positive team culture.

Essential Requirements

●       Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

●       Current NSW Working With Children Check

●       First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)

●       Child Protection Training (course code 0025/0026, or current refresher training) or willingness to obtain

●       National Child Safety Training (Gecko) or willingness to obtain

●       Police Check (recommended)

●       Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

●       Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills

●       At least 1 year of experience in the role
