About The RoleAs Online Fulfilment Manager in-Training, you'll be working with Myer's largest fulfilment operation, overseeing Online Fulfilment, Click & Collect and Myer Hub services. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while driving operational excellence across a high-volume environment.Working collaboratively with the Myer Melbourne Leadership Team, you'll ensure efficient fulfilment processes, strong team engagement and outstanding customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesFoster a high-performance, customer focused culture through visible leadership, coaching, communication and recognitionLead day to day operations of Online Fulfilment, Click & Collect and Myer Hub to deliver operational and financial performance targetsOptimise team productivity through effective workforce planning, ensuring the right people, in the right place at the right timeLead, inspire and develop team members, building capability and supporting future leadership growthMonitor and improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with procedures while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experienceAnalyse performance metrics and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvementPartner with store leaders an support teams to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences during peak trade periods
About YouYou are a people leader who thrives in fast-paces retail or operational environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You'll bring:Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience within retail, e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics or a similar high-volume environmentStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressureStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build effective working relationshipsStrong retail, financial and business acumen
