Project Manager

YOUR MISSION IS TO...

Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring every outcome aligns with our organisational strategy and stakeholder expectations. You'll manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources with discipline and transparency, proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, and lead project teams with clarity and purpose. Working closely with our Program Director, Project Sponsors, Executive Leadership Team and external partners, you'll be trusted to keep projects on track and stakeholders genuinely engaged.

WHAT YOU BRING

Project Leadership

• Demonstrated experience managing projects of varying size and complexity, ideally in health, retail or a related sector

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practice

Stakeholder Engagement

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels

• Proven ability to build strong relationships that support successful delivery

Risk & Governance

• Proven ability to manage project risks, budgets and resources

• Experience establishing and maintaining project governance and reporting structures

Team Leadership

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, health, IT or a related discipline (highly desirable)

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage
