This full-time on-site Junior Sales Representative role is based in Gold Coast and focuses on supporting the growth of BBC Digital Australia’s workflow and document solutions portfolio. The role involves prospecting new clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and assisting with product demonstrations and presentations for hardware, managed print, and software solutions.
The Junior Sales Representative will prepare quotes, support the sales cycle from initial contact through follow-up, and coordinate with senior sales team members to ensure a smooth customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, performing basic market and customer research, and contributing to sales reports and pipeline updates. The position requires working closely with internal teams to understand customer requirements, provide timely information, and help deliver value-driven solutions.
