As the Nursing/Midwifery Director – Strategic Programs, you will provide strategic leadership for organisation-wide programs that drive clinical reform, strengthen governance and improve patient outcomes across Metro South Health.
You are an accomplished nursing or midwifery leader with the vision and expertise to lead complex strategic programs across a large health service.

Metro South Health (MSH) Strategic Programs provides leadership and capability to design, deliver and embed high-impact strategic initiatives with organisation-wide and state-wide impact. Operating across the health system, the team partners with executives, clinical leaders and external stakeholders to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs that enhance performance, optimise models of care and strengthen service sustainability to deliver better outcomes for patients, staff and the community. The unit provides leadership and supports strategic planning, governance, partnership development and performance oversight, ensuring sustained alignment with MSH priorities and broader state and national health directions.
