About the opportunity
Are you an experienced operator who thrives in challenging environments?
We are seeking a skilled operator to join our Resource Development team, supporting exploration and development projects in steep and technically demanding terrain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a Cat D9 dozer in steep terrain to clear access tracks and prepare drill pads.
• Operating a Cat 336 excavator in steep terrain to construct and rehabilitate drill pads.
• Operating ancillary equipment as required to support daily operations.
• Working closely with the site team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience operating dozers and excavators in steep terrain.
• Proven capability in drill pad construction and rehabilitation.
• Relevant operating qualifications and competencies.
• HR driver’s licence preferred.
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality.
• The ability to work effectively in a remote, site-based environment.
