The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce we welcome applications for Casual Production Operators at ARYZTA’s brand-new, state-of-the-art industrial bakery opening in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth). We have multiple positions available.

As a Casual Production Operator you will support the Team Leader on the production line ensuring best practice and standards. You will be flexible with your availability especially for early morning shifts and weekend work.

The casual roles offer strong perspective to step into a permanent role with our company on the longer term.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Food manufacturing in a fast-paced environment
• Machine operation
• Packing finished products
• At all times display the ARYZTA Core Values (Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care)

In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:

• Previous experience working as a Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Proven machine operation experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to do physical work
• Have availability across the week including weekend, and be available on short notice

Full training will be provided to the candidates who demonstrate willingness to learn, strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the bakery industry.
