About the role

This is a full-time Production Filling Machine Operator position based in Balcatta, Western Australia. Standard hours are 38 hours a week Monday - Friday working from 7:30am - 4pm Mondays - Thursdays and 7:30am - 2pm on Fridays except during the summer where the hours are temporarily brought forward slightly.

This role is an entry level position responsible for operating and maintaining the company's production filling machines to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of chemical products. All training is provided for this role on-site and the starting base rate is $30ph with the end of probation rate going to $30.50ph. The rate will then be reviewed as new skills are taken on in the team such as blending work. The key attributes required for a successful candidate are a can-do attitude as well as a valid drivers license and valid LF forklift license.

Some of what you'll be doing:

• Operate and monitor production filling machines to fill chemical products into containers.

• Perform pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and calibrations on filling equipment.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

• Identify and troubleshoot any machine issues, making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain detailed production records and documentation.

• Assist with general production duties as required.

What we're looking for from you:

1. Valid Drivers License and Forklift License.

2. Full Legal Working rights in Australia.

3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or a related field would be an advantage but not required.
