This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a Property Manager who is confident, organised & ready to take ownership of their portfolio.

• Portfolio based role, you manage your portfolio end to end with full accountability.

• Dedicated Administration and Trust Accounting support.

• Work directly with an involved Principal who mentors, supports & values performance.

• Established agency for over 30 years.

• Strong reputation, loyal clients & consistent 5-star reviews.

• Enjoy a structured Monday–Friday, office-based role with true work-life balance.

Requirements for the role:

• 2+ years of portfolio based Property Management experience

• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Communicate clearly & confidently, both written & verbal

• Organised, professional and proactive

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Attractive remuneration package based on experience and performance with a company vehicle and fuel provided.
