Senior Contract Administrator

We are working with a major developer to recruit an Associate Commercial Manager to work across commercial, contractual and financial administration across hyperscale‑scale data center developments in the Hunter Region.
This is a contract role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced delivery environments and enjoys working closely with commercial, development, finance and supplier teams.
You’ll work alongside the Commercial Manager and broader Development team to ensure commercial processes run smoothly across the full project lifecycle. Your work will support contract administration, approvals, payment coordination and commercial governance across high‑value developments.
Key Responsibilities Draft commercial documents, variations and contractual correspondenceManage Contract and Purchase Order approvals, including tracking and communication with stakeholdersChampion cost management systems and support accurate allocation and efficient PO approvalOversee contract lifecycle activities including kick‑off, delivery and close‑outCoordinate contractor payments with Development and Finance teamsSupport reporting tools for key contract metrics
Requirements Experience supporting commercial or contract administration within construction or development environments. Degree or certificate in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or Business/CommerceHigh attention to detail, strong collaboration skills and clear communicationResourceful, organised and able to work effectively across diverse teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills
