Event Operations Crew – Casual

Looking for hands-on, varied work in the events industry?

Incognitus is seeking reliable and motivated Event Operations Crew to join our growing NSW Operations Team. This casual role offers the opportunity to work behind the scenes at some of Australia's most iconic venues and major events.

No two days are the same. You'll be part of a team delivering event infrastructure, installations, and logistics across a wide range of venues throughout New South Wales.

About the Role

As an Event Operations Crew member, you will assist with the delivery, setup, pack down, and maintenance of event infrastructure for sporting, entertainment, corporate, and public events.

Work locations include:

• Allianz Stadium

• Accor Stadium

• CommBank Stadium

• Sydney Showground (Sydney Olympic Park)

• Afterpay Australian Arena

• Various venues and event sites across NSW

Key Responsibilities

• Event setup and pack down

• General labouring and manual handling

• Loading and unloading infrastructure

• Installing temporary event infrastructure, signage, fencing, flooring, furniture and equipment

• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

• Working both independently and as part of a team

• Following WHS procedures and site instructions

• Assisting with event logistics and operational tasks as required
  

About You

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Hold a current driver's license (preferred)

• Have previous event or labouring experience

Highly Advantageous

• White Card

• Forklift License

• Experience working at events, stadiums or large venues
