Section waiters / Bar tenders / Host / Barista

About the role

We're currently looking for section waiters, bartenders, hosts, and baristas to join the team across our venues. Day to day you'll be delivering warm, confident, and knowledgeable service — reading the room, looking after your section, and contributing to the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to come back. Whether you're behind the bar, on the floor, at the door, or on the machine, the expectation is the same: ensure the guest is looked after.

About you

• Experience in a similar venue — hospitality background required, restaurant and wine bar experience a bonus

• Genuine love of food and wine and a desire to keep learning about both

• Real satisfaction in looking after people — guests and colleagues alike

• Natural ability to read a room and adapt

• Team player who shows up with good energy and takes pride in the work
