Plant operator/Paver/Landscaper

About the role

Visual Landscape Gardening Pty is seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Operator/Paver/Landscaper to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This full-time position is essential in supporting the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects for our valued clients. As a key member of our construction team, you will operate various plant equipment, lay pavers, and contribute to the overall landscaping process.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a range of plant equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and compaction equipment

• Lay pavers, bricks, and other landscaping materials to precise specifications

• Assist with the installation of garden beds, irrigation systems, and other landscaping features

• Maintain and service plant equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Contribute to the overall success of landscaping projects by working collaboratively with the team

• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Plant Operator/Paver/Landscaper in the construction or landscaping industry

• Proficient in the operation of a wide range of plant equipment including bobcats, excavators, and compaction equipment

• Demonstrated experience in laying pavers, bricks, and other landscaping materials to a high standard

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to precise specifications

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Relevant qualifications or licenses, such as a Certificate III in Horticulture or Construction, would be highly regarded
