About the role
As the Community Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Macedon Ranges by driving strategic community planning initiatives, including community infrastructure planning and social and affordable housing projects. This is an opportunity to influence long-term community outcomes, provide expert advice to Council, and lead innovative solutions that enhance the liveability, wellbeing and resilience of our growing communities.
About you
You are a strategic and collaborative professional with extensive experience in community planning, affordable housing, policy development and project management, ideally within local government. An exceptional communicator and problem solver, you thrive in building partnerships, translating complex research into practical outcomes, and balancing competing priorities while delivering meaningful results for communities.
