Team Leader - Workplace Rehab / Injury Management

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting a high‑performing team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. You’ll provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to help your team deliver exceptional client outcomes while maintaining compliance, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance, and support to a team of workplace rehab consultants

• Monitor caseloads, workflow, and service delivery to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes

• Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members

• Conduct regular check‑ins, performance conversations, and capability‑building activities

• Assist with problem‑solving, escalation management, and client‑related queries

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team culture development
