Every customer order is carefully packed by hand, and we take great pride in ensuring each parcel is beautifully presented and arrives exactly as it should.

Following our recent move into a warehouse in Bangalow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused person to join our small, friendly team as a casual warehouse packer.

About the role

This is a hands-on casual position working approximately two weekdays per week at our Bangalow warehouse, with the potential for additional days and hours as the business continues to grow.

Your main responsibility will be picking, packing and preparing online customer orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch. You’ll also help keep our stock organised and our warehouse clean, tidy and running smoothly.

As part of the role, you will also be included in behind-the-scenes photos and videos for Reluminate Beauty’s social media posts.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Carefully checking products and order details before dispatch

• Preparing, labelling and presenting parcels to our brand standards

• Updating order and tracking systems

• Keeping products and stock organised

• Checking products for quality before dispatch

• Helping with stocktakes when required

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace

• Supporting the team with other reasonable warehouse duties

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is dependable, punctual and able to commit to approximately two days per week

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Can work efficiently and productively while maintaining accuracy

• Takes pride in completing work carefully and to a high standard

• Is organised and able to manage tasks effectively

• Is comfortable using a computer and learning simple order-processing systems

• Can work both independently and as part of a small team

• Has good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude

• Is comfortable undertaking repetitive packing tasks and being on their feet

• Can safely undertake manual handling and lift cartons and stock when required

• Treats customer and business information confidentially

Previous warehouse, retail, online order fulfilment or packing experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential for the right person. Training will be provided.
