This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

$2,000 new starter stay bonus to successful candidates! (half paid at 6 months and the remainder paid when you reach one year with us).

Main Responsibilities

Manage your work efficiently and cost effectively to meet manufacturing plans and targetsIdentify and escalate issues and constraints in your work area, propose and be involved in solutions as requiredParticipate in improvement projects to meet agreed objectives and outcomesManage your work efficiently and cost effectively to meet manufacturing plans and targetsPositively contribute to a motivated and engaged workforce through effective communication, participation and teamworkMaintain the required level of skill and competencies relevant for your job role and developmentEnsure cGMP compliance by following company policies and proceduresComplete GMP documentation to cGMP standardsReport any deviations in processing or procedures immediatelyIdentify and participate in the implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunitiesParticipate in workshops and trainingParticipate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace by complying with provided instructions and processes, taking reasonable care to ensure your own safety and health and that of others, and to report any injury, hazard or illness immediately.Other duties as requested by your manager and / or the department managerCommunicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
