The opportunity

We're hiring a Product Designer to join our Design System team

Great design systems aren't about components.

They're about helping hundreds of people build better products. Faster.

We're looking for a Product Designer to help evolve and scale the Netwealth Design System.

This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering and product. You'll help create the foundations that power every digital experience across the platform, from components and patterns through to accessibility, consistency and future AI-assisted ways of working.

What you'll be doing

Designing reusable components and patterns, partnering with the rest of the design teamCollaborating with engineers to ensure design and code stay alignedImproving the quality, consistency and accessibility of our platformSupporting feature teams with adoption and implementation of the design systemContributing to guidelines, tooling and processes that enable teams to move fasterHelping us evolve how design systems work in an increasingly AI-enabled world

You'll probably be a good fit if you

Have 2–5 years experience designing digital productsEnjoy thinking systematically, not just screen-by-screenHave experience working with design systems and component librariesCare about detail, consistency and craftLove collaborating with both designers and engineersWant to develop deep expertise in scalable product design
