The Role

We are seeking an Executive Technical Producer to take senior oversight of our technical delivery streams. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technical projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, commercially, and in alignment with client business objectives.

Through your technical leadership, you will bridge the gap between creative ideas and effective, profitable digital experiences for our clients’ customers.

What you will be doing:

• Technical Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of complex custom web builds, digital platforms, systems integrations, e-commerce implementations, and technical transformation projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and agency partners, advising them on technical solutions, project risks, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Agile Delivery: Lead technical and production teams using Agile and adaptive project management methodologies, including sprint planning and workflow management.
• Commercial Oversight: Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, estimates, resourcing, forecasting, and risk management to ensure project profitability and quality.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs), and user stories.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of agency-wide delivery processes, operational workflows, and governance frameworks.

What you will bring:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale digital and technical projects within an agency, consulting, or digital production environment.
• Strong understanding of custom web development, CMS platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, and systems integrations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical and creative teams across complex projects.
• Highly proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and adaptive project management practices.
• Advanced stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resourcing.
