Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Murwillumbah Branch on a full-time basis.

In this customer-focused role, you'll help customers find the right truck and commercial vehicle parts while providing excellent service and support. Working closely with the branch team, you'll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right solutions when they need them.

What You'll Do

Assist customers with truck and commercial vehicle parts enquiriesIdentify and source the correct parts using catalogues and computer systemsProcess phone, email and online orders accurately and efficientlyProvide advice and recommendations on suitable parts and productsBuild strong relationships with customers through excellent serviceWork closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled quicklyMaintain accurate customer and order recordsAssist with stock control, receipting and inventory managementSupport general branch and customer service activitiesHelp resolve parts and compatibility enquiries when required
