Membership Consultants (Croydon & Chirnside Park)

An established multi-club fitness group is looking for two driven Membership Consultants to join its clubs in Croydon and Chirnside Park, with one position available at each location.

This is a sales-focused role where your performance is recognised and rewarded through an uncapped commission structure, and monthly bonus for hitting targets. You will take ownership of new membership enquiries, build strong relationships and help more people take the first step towards improving their health and fitness.

The opportunity
Working alongside your Club Manager, you will manage the membership journey from the first enquiry through to joining and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly and professionally to new membership enquiries
• Conducting engaging club tours and membership consultations
• Following up leads across phone, email, SMS and social channels
• Converting enquiries and trials into new memberships
• Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records
• Building relationships with members and supporting retention
• Contributing to local lead-generation and community initiatives
• Helping maintain a welcoming, professional and well-presented club

What we are looking for
You will be proactive, organised and comfortable being accountable for results.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in sales, membership, customer service or another target-driven role
• Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple leads
• The motivation to achieve and exceed individual and club targets
• Excellent organisation, reliability and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in fitness, wellbeing and helping people
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently
• Full Australian working rights

Previous fitness industry experience is valuable but not essential. Strong sales ability, personal accountability and the right attitude matter most.

Your roster
This is a full-time position with a consistent weekly roster:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:30 am–7:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am–2:00 pm
• Friday and Sunday: Off

Saturday availability is essential and forms part of the permanent roster.
